Red Elephants win 48-0 over Apalachee on Youth Night

Lots of offense tonight by the Red Elephants. Chris Byrd with 2 rushing TD’s, Chandler Staton with 2 Field Goals, Dorsey with 2 rushing TD’s and 2 passing TD’s. Football players open doors for Enota students this morning

Volleyball Red Elephants increase overall record to 24-7 (4-0)

Victories tonight the first over Loganville 2-0 (25-11, 25-11) and then Rockdale County 2-0 (25-12, 25-19) gives the Lady Red Elephant Volleyball team a 24-7 overall record on the 2015-2016 Season. Sydney King had 29 digs, 3 aces, and 6 assists. Lady Elephant Volleyball splits in the last home trip-match of the season

Gainesville’s volleyball team improved to 22-7 (4-0) on the season with a win against Pinecrest Academy 2-1 (25-18, 22-25, 18-25) and a loss against Lanier 0-2 (11-25, 17-25) in non-region competition this evening. Youth Night is this Friday night at the GHS vs Apalachee football game. Looking forward to seeing all the little Red Elephant football players and cheerleaders! Elephant Walk at 5:45 and the kickoff at 7:30. Go Big Red!

Senior night for the Red Elephant Volleyball team

Nothing beats winning both matches to send off our Senior Lady Red Elephants Sally Callahan and Morgan Frazier. In the first match of the evening the Ladies defeated Lanier 2-1 and then beat Salem 2-0.  The Ladies are now 21-6 overall this season Sally Callahan had 5 aces, 3 digs and 2 kills to help
